An Anniversary of Faith

Via Dawn Eden I found out this interesting item -- that today is the 73rd anniversary of C.S. Lewis' conversion to Christianity. That simple motorbike ride to the zoo has certainly had far-reaching influence.

Speaking of anniversaries, I just remembered that the anniversary of my baptism was this month. I was baptized on September 19, 1993.

The church I grew up going to (a Pentacostal church) didn't believe in infant baptism. I went to church with my Grandma, and I quit going when she got cancer and passed away when I was in my early teens. When I decided to reembrace the Christian faith, I started going to a Lutheran church, which is where I was baptized. I still go to that church.
