Thanks, Barb! I knew my host was going to do this switchover thing, but I had to wait until it actually took place before I could see if it would affect anything. Basically, the site path changed, so I had to change it in Movable Type and in all the PHP stuff I use to run my skin switcher.

That reminds me, didn't you once consider migrating to Wordpress a while back? I must have missed the post on why you decided to stick with MT.

While I installed Wordpress and played around with it (because I was considering setting up a blog for my sister using Wordpress), I never seriously considered switching to it. Maybe it's because I'm more used to it, but I just like the MT interface a lot better. Plus, I rarely have any spam that actually gets published to my blog. I get lots of attempts, but they either get blocked entirely, or they go into the junk folder. (The only spam that publishes is obviously done by hand. If the comment actually has something to do with the content of the post, I leave the comment but remove the spam link.)

Another reason I'm sticking with MT is that I would have had a heck of a time redoing all my layouts for Wordpress.
