Back Online!
I finally was able to take the time to have the cable guy come out and find out what was wrong with my connection. I knew it had to be either the modem or a cable, because I had eliminated all the other possibilities. One of the cables was replaced because it was a bit faulty, but the root of the problem was the cable modem. I just bought the cable modem two years ago, so I got a new one for half-price. Hopefully, this new modem will last longer than the other one did.

I'm glad for you. I'd go crazy without internet.
